Stepping out from the painful history that struck our
country, today the focus is on the future.
Our goal is therefore to produce competent and high performing human
resource required for rebuilding Rwanda and contributing to its sustainable
development.
ULK remains widely open to cooperation at the national and international
levels, chiefly with institutions endowed with the same mission and vocation.
